We had a significant water damage loss at our medical clinic. We knew we needed help from someone we could trust.  SERVPRO of Dubuque has that reputation in our area and they again lived up to it.  They were able to efficiently and effectively clean up the damage and minimize our downtime.  When there is an emergency, you rely on those you know you can trust.  For us, that was SERVPRO of Dubuque.

Over the winter we experienced a significant fire at one of our rental properties in Dubuque Iowa.  SERVPRO of Dubuque responded quickly, delivering a large power generator while the building was without power.  They were able to maintain heat in the building and power their equipment to dry and deodorize the property. Since that time, SERVPRO of Dubuque has removed all of the damage property and cleaned up much of the mess.  As we move into the reconstruction phase, SERVPRO is taking care of the rebuild as well.

No one wants to experience a fire, I am glad that when I went through it, I had SERVPRO there to lend a helping hand.

(Water damage in historic commercial habitational rental property.)

The apartment that I rent is located in the basement of an old building in Galena. I woke up to about an inch and a half of water from a leaking outside pipe and was unsure how to deal with it. I called SERVPRO in Dubuque and they showed up right away! Jenny, Rob and Kim were the team that came to assess and clean up. Working with those three was probably the most fun anyone could have tearing up flooring, shop vac-ing and hauling debris outside! I hope to never have to deal with water damage again, but if I do I know that SERVPRO is one phone call away!!

On of my commercial real estate holdings had a broken water line over the weekend. SERVPRO of Dubuque recently completed a post construction cleaning at our new Freddy’s Steakburgers and Frozen Custard location in Dubuque, Iowa.  Their friendly staff were able to get in right after our construction was completed and in less than two days had the building extremely clean and ready to open for our customers.  The SERVPRO of Dubuque team was very hardworking and efficient and did an excellent job on our project.  I would definitely recommend them if you need specialty cleaning, especially under time constraints.
