Why SERVPRO Testimonials
When I realized that I had water damage in my basement that turned into a mold problem, I called another company first. After not being able to get them to come to my home or even return my calls, I called SERVPRO of Dubuque. They got back to me quickly and had someone here the next morning to tell me my options. I decided to have them take care of everything and they did a great job.
Contacted SERVPRO early Monday morning for a site inspection and me them by 11 o'clock the same morning. Very friendly and informative. Will definitely contact them again if needed.
Todd came by the house and was awesome. His experience, suggestions, and commitment to us fixing our water issue. Not only did he help with cleanup, but gave great guidance on prevention. Truly the best!
Todd and his team were a HUGE help to us when the spring snow melt sent water into our basement. Todd came out personally to look at what was happening and where the water was coming in. He was back the next day to help move a couple pieces of furniture and put a fan under the carpet to help dry it out. I was out of town on business and he was a HUGE help to my wife with advice on cleanup and prepping for the drying cycle. Thanks to Todd for responding in person and so quickly to our request for help! Great Team of people to work with!
Excellent response, we found water damage in our basement on July 4th due to a pipe leak. They were here before their competitors even called us back. They were wonderful. They started the cleanup and drying out immediately and checked back several times each day during the drying out period. Very grateful for their expertise. Thank you! The Dawson's
We had water in our basement from a bad storm like lots of other people. I called around 7:30 and by 8:30 a team was there getting things cleaned out. Things that were to be junked was taken away and we didn't have to do it ourselves. They sent the paperwork to our insurance so we had to do nothing with that. It was a great experience and truly it was like nothing had happened.
